After the last two series of high pumping energy Spotlight ON AIR, this time I decide to make it "more relaxing". Something nice to play to with while driving or running your daily activities. It's a mixture of my favourite old tunes with the new ones. Bringing back the memories of the good ol' Spotlight first few series back in 2009-2010.
This was actually two mixtapes joined together. The first 30 minutes is actually a live recording from my Sunday Morning Tunes program at CDM Radio's EDM Channel which went amok. After mixing for about 30 minutes, listeners told me that they couldn't hear anything on the radio. Later on, I found out that I've forgotten to plug in my external usb soundcard to my computer. So the broadcasting winamp didn't receive any audio input. Silly and careless me... :P
So after getting things right, I started another 2 hour set with different songs of course. Somehow I just cannot mix the same songs with the same order over again. It just feel weird and the mood has gone.
Listening back to this 30 minutes recording, I really like it. So last night, I decided to make another 30 minutes mixtape with the same mood and energy and later join them together to become this mixtape.
